Westbound laning split Westbound through lanes now detour through the former median area, and are divided approaching the pier of the old bridge. Passing is not allowed in this zone. When the new bridge is built, the old bridge and its piers will be removed. Westbound lanes will then occupy the same area, but without the split. |
